Association President, Urs Germann, was elected for a further two years.
CH – The Swiss industry association, PromoSwiss, met up at the Swiss Life Arena in Zurich for its General Annual Meeting on March 7, 2025. The President of the Association, Urs Germann, initially presented the annual report and then hosted the meeting through diverse themes. The board members additionally reported about their respective areas, including membership, finances, training, marketing, and events.
Premium members like Eckert and Senator presented their novelties.
One of the highlights of the General Annual Meeting was the lecture “On the way to net zero, sustainability as a strategic opportunity” by the guest speaker, Pascal Neureich, a new member as well as CEO and founder of carbon-connect AG. René Dubach, PromoSwiss board member, presented details and new features of the association’s app, beUnity. Furthermore, a review and an outlook of the association’s marketing strategies and activities was presented by Ina Klingele. Liz Riwar outlined the positive balance sheet and income statement and Beat Suter welcomed the numerous new members. Finally, both the President and the board members were unanimously re-elected for the next two years.
After the meeting the premium members Pagani Pens, Eckert and Senator presented their novelties, before the day was brought to a pleasant close with an aperitif and a joint evening meal.
