CZ – The textile manufacturer Malfini from Ústí nad Labem in the Czech Republic has announced details about the company’s growth. Just under 60 million CZK (approx. 2.4 million Euros) is being invested in the expansion and automation of Malfini’s logistics centre in Ostrava. The aim behind this investment is to increase the storage capacity by 30,000 storage places and enable the introduction of ultra-modern Haipick robots in the strive to rationalise the processes and improve the delivery speed and quality. The test operation is planned for the end of August 2025.
Furthermore, in addition to the expansion of the logistics centre in Ostrava, the textile manufacturer has announced that it will be opening a new office in Dresden that also disposes of a showroom. The company that already exports goods to 35 countries hopes this will lead to an increase in the export business.
