UK – At the beginning of March 2025, the British Laltex Group from Leigh near Manchester announced that it had completed the take-over of Promo Seeds UK. The aim behind the strategic acquisition is to diversify the Laltex Group’s offer and to react to the changing needs of the retail customers. The partnership ensures that the seeds offered by the Laltex Group satisfy the same exceptional quality standards and are now exclusively available via Laltex on the British market.
Both companies have devised a plan for the smooth transition and guarantee that the British team of Promo Seeds will continue to manage the orders, enquiries and production from its location in Bodiam, Sussex up until the end of April 2025 and will work closely together with Laltex to uphold the service level.
