PL – At times the aisles of the EXPO XXI in the heart of Warsaw were really crowded, namely on the first day of the Promo Show 2025, which was organised and staged on January 29 and 30 by the publishing company, OOH magazine.

The “International trade show for advertising and printing” occupied all three halls of the EXPO XXI. The majority of the exhibitors were suppliers of haptic advertising, printing machines, technologies and diverse customising methods. Promotional products players dominated the scene, who drew attention to their classics and innovations with in some cases very elaborate, CI-compatible stands. Large import companies, internationally-operating generalists and specialists, by no means only from Poland, depicted the whole spectrum of Europe’s haptic advertising market.

According to the official figures, just under 300 exhibitors and 600 brands were present at the Promo Show, which was attended by 9,100 visitors – including 2,300 representatives from over 30 countries. As such, according to the organisers, the number of international visitors increased significantly compared to the previous years.

The trade fair was accompanied by an interesting workshop on themes such as the psychology of colours or the emotionalisation of sales processes, under the direction of Dr. Marek Borowiński, a renowned marketing and sales expert. The workshop was free of charge for the visitors.

Furthermore, the “Super Gift” competition was held again this year. Promotional products in different categories were presented in an own exhibition here. Overall, a lively, busy atmosphere prevailed at the show as well as a refreshing spirit of optimism.

Business & Fun

Glasses were raised to a successful event during a sociable get-together.

The Promo Show Gala that was held towards the end of the first day of the show, which was attended by more than 1,000 participants – including exhibitors, visitors and invited guests – proved to be a true highlight. The gala kicked off with the opportunity to enjoy an excellent buffet and drinks after a busy day at the fair and engage in a convivial exchange of ideas in a separate area, directly adjacent to the exhibition.

Then, the CEO of OOH, Robert Załupski, welcomed all of the guests during the official opening of the event. Tribute was subsequently paid to companies celebrating long-standing anniversaries of membership in the industry. Representatives of cooperation partners such as industry associations like the aimfap, Fyvar or the PIAP and the European industry publication eppi magazine and the German trade fair HAPTICA® live, both organised by WA Media, were also invited on stage to receive recognition for their services.

The evening swiftly continued with dancing and entertainment. The professional dance group, whose motto was “Samba di Janeiro”, proved to be a true head-turner. The group enchanted all of the guests above all with their colourful costumes and authentic Brazilian flair.
