Promogift 2025 12 - PMG Promogift: Spirit of optimism

Crowded aisles and lively dialogues characterised the overall nature of the 17th edition of the PMG Promogift.

E – The 17th edition of the PMG Promogift took place in Hall 12 of the Madrid Exhibition Centre amid an almost pre-spring atmosphere. The event, which calls itself the “International exhibition for promotional products and  customising machines” and presented itself with a fresh logo and new brand image, is organised by the exhibition company, Ifema Madrid. The two Spanish industry associations, Fyvar and Aimfap, sponsor the event. Both associations were represented with own stands in the exhibition hall that Promogift was held in.

As usual, the haptic advertising specialists exhibited their classics and novelties very professionally. According to the official figures, more than 160 exhibitors presented their line-ups, frequently at very attractive stands in a high-class ambience. Textiles dominated the range of products, however internationally-operating full-range stockists and specialists were represented too. One of the main focuses once again: Sustainability in the promotional products industry, which was also a theme on the agenda of the accompanying lecture programme.

C!Print Madrid, the trade fair for visual communications and customising techniques, which was held simultaneously in Hall 14, provided synergies.

The prevailing mood was relaxed, pleasant and busy – the visitors and exhibitors were apparently more than satisfied with the event. The show was already bustling on the first day and there were so many visitors on the second day that the cloakroom had to close in the morning already because it was completely full.

Whether the officially awaited 7,000 trade visitors actually attended the event, had not been confirmed by the time of going to press. The C!print Madrid trade show that was held simultaneously in the neighbouring Hall 14, definitely provided synergies among the visitors. C!print Madrid focuses among others on print, visual communications, professional individualisation and personalisation, new technologies, web-to-print, etc. The show is organised by Infopro digital, the French company also organises the CTCO and the C!print in Lyon.

Incidentally, the respective trade visitors had to register on entering the respective show.

The next edition of the PMG Promogift is scheduled to take place in January 2026 and the venue will once again be the Madrid Exhibition Centre.
