D – Olivier Chabal joined the international sales team of uma in January 2025. Chabal, who brings experience from the writing instrument segment and promotional products industry with him, is responsible for serving the French customers of the writing instrument specialist. He will not only advise the customers per telephone, he will also intensify the personal contact to the promotional products trade in the course of local trade shows and customer calls.

Uma is reinforcing this initiative with newly-designed sales tools for the French-speaking market.
With the focus on service, Chabal is greatly looking forward to his first personal encounters with the customers during the OTP Tour, which gets underway in January 2025 and will take him all over France. He will receive support from Annalena Markolf, who in her capacity as a member of the international uma export team will nurture the customer contacts.
