The take-over underlines BDA’s commitment to offer technology solutions that simplify the ordering and fulfilment process for individual brand items. According to BDA, the software-as-a-service (SaaS) approach of SwagUp eliminates friction losses that occur when making and selling customer-specific goods. Hence, the platform allows customers to create, administer and dispatch promotional products at corporate level with little effort and without high platform fees. The customers of the company from Piscataway in New Jersey include among others Nasdaq and Logitech.
