BG – Kingly, Sofia, has been distinguished with the Oeko-Tex STeP (Sustainable Textile & Leather Production) certification for its sustainable sock production. The internationally recognised distinction is an important milestone in Kingly’s commitment to environmentally-friendly, socially responsible and high-quality production.

Oeko-Tex-STeP assesses the environmental, social and chemical management of textile production sites. The certification ensures that the entire manufacturing process – from the procurement of the raw materials through to the finished products – complies with strict sustainability criteria, including the responsible implementation of chemicals, resource efficiency and fair work practices.
