Vicky Kinasz, CEO and Vice President of Geiger International and Chris Love, CEO of Brandelity, are looking forward to a successful collaboration.

USA – Geiger, the according to own accounts largest private promotional products distributor in the world, based in US federal state, Maine, announced on August 6, 2024 that it is taking over Brandelity Ltd. For the company from Lewiston the merger is a further significant milestone in the current global expansion. Brandelity Ltd. is based in UK-Windsor and has built up a strong presence since its foundation in 2004. In future Brandelity’s customers will profit from an extended offer of services and creative solutions.

In the scope of the take-over, Geiger is also underlining its leading role in the field of sustainability and its commitment to environmental awareness, since Brandelity has been a climate neutral company since 2019. The British company has also been working together with CO2 Balance since the year 2019 to measure its CO2 emissions which it in turn compensates for with projects in Africa. “We are delighted to welcome the Brandelity team and their clients to the Geiger family,” stated Vicky Kinasz, Vice President and Managing Director of Geiger International. “This acquisition is another strategic step in our European expansion and we are proud to have them on board.” The Brandelity Group will be operating under the name Brandelity, a Geiger Company, with immediate effect. All employees were taken over.

Geiger already acquired the majority shares of a European promotional products distributor in July 2024, namely in the German company WER GmbH. “We have been searching for a suitable partner on the German market for several years and have finally found one in WER GmbH,” David Geiger, Vice President and General Counsel of Geiger, explained.

“The culture of WER GmbH and its commitment to the highest service, quality and ESG standards have exceeded our expectations. By exploiting the strengths and resources of both companies, we will offer the market even greater value and innovative solutions,” added Jo-an Lantz, President and CEO of Geiger.

With its approx. 100 employees, WER GmbH serves customers in Germany, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Austria and Switzerland providing drop shipment, full-service and online services. Geiger maintains subsidiaries in the USA and Europe as well as disposing of a network of more than 450 sales representatives.
