D – The Mannheim-based promotional products agency, cyber-Wear, has been distinguished with the German Customer Award. The prize is awarded annually to German companies that excel with their outstanding customer service activities. The companies are assessed based on the analysis of seven main criteria that are divided up into 131 sub-criteria; the ultimate assessment is carried out by an internal team of the German Customer Award. The strictness of the assessment depends on the industry, company size and number of employees to ensure a fair evaluation. The customers of cyber-Wear awarded the company top assessments in the seven main criteria Transparency, Communications, Customer Feedback, Availability, Customer Loyalty Measures, Digitalisation and Public Awareness.
The winners of the German Customer Award are presented in the German newspapers, Welt, FAZ and Handelsblatt at the end of the year and receive a specially designed trophy.
