bda logo - BDA takes over The Great Branding CompanyUSA – The American merchandising agency, Bensussen Deutsch & Associates (BDA), has taken over the Luton-based supplier of sports, event and promotional products, The Great Branding Company. As a result of the take-over, BDA will further expand its reach in the EMEA region. The American company that is based in Seattle already acquired the German ipm Group last year.

The Great Branding Company is one of the most well-known merchandising suppliers in Europe and has over the past 20 years supplied among others Manchester City, Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund. “The alliance with The Great Branding Company was a dead cert for BDA; we envisage many synergies with our corporate culture, values and customer-oriented approach of delivering tailor-made products,” said Jay Deutsch, CEO and co-founder of BDA. “They dispose of regional expertise that will be of untold valuable for our organisation, while we double our activities in EMEA,” Deutsch stated. Pino Grillo, CEO and co-founder of The Great Branding Company also sees the alliance as an opportunity: “We have seized the opportunity to join forces with BDA and are looking forward to using their global presence and resources to expand our service offer for our customers,” commented Grillo.

BDA already maintains offices in Germany, France and Great Britain. The existing teams of The Great Branding Company in Germany and Great Britain will be integrated into the existing BDA activities.
