B – The two Belgian promotional products agencies, Kick And Rush and Van Bavel – Enjoy Giving merged to form the Kick And Rush Group on May 21, 2024. According to the companies, the merger will allow the group to become one of the leading players in Western Europe with a joint turnover of 30 mil. Euros.

Van Bavel – Enjoy Giving looks back on 70 years of corporate history and collaborates with well-known brands like Chiquita, Barry Callebaut, Volkswagen (D’Ieteren) and Makita. The client base of Kick And Rush includes Toyota, Veolia, Dassault, Daikin, Komatsu and many more. The company specialises on global and local merchandising programmes as well as fulfilment including completely integrated, digital solutions, webshops and warehouse stocks. Both companies bring a high degree of expertise and transparency in the area of ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) to the new Kick And Rush Group. Van Bavel – Enjoy Giving and Kick And Rush are being seamlessly integrated into the new group. The former CEO of Van Bavel, Michel Van Bavel, is taking over the position of Chief Growth Officer.
