Christiane Schulze
D – Christiane Schulze already joined the Customer Service team at mbw at the start of September 2021. Among others, Schulze personally greets visitors at the head office of the promotional products specialists and takes the incoming calls. After completing an apprenticeship as an office communications assistant at a security firm, Schulze spent the last few years at the company working as an assistant and director of operations. In addition to extensive know-how in the personnel sector, she has also gained several years of experience in a service-oriented environment. According to the Managing Director of mbw, Jan Breuer, a good customer service helps build relations and creates a true partnership in the long term. It can promote the bond between people and brands, products and company for years and that is why it is so important.
