PL – The Marketing Festival/Print Festival is being staged at the EXPO XXI event centre in the Polish capital Warsaw on September 13 and 14, 2023. Suppliers of haptic advertising, advertising agencies, printing specialists and customising professionals present their portfolio of products and services as well as their novelties at the trade fair organised by the publishing company, OOH magazine.

Furthermore, this year there is an occasion for celebrations: ”This year’s Marketing Festival is a unique, jubilee edition,” explained Robert Załupski, General Director of OOH magazine. “We are celebrating a double jubilee: the 15th anniversary of the fair and the 20th anniversary of OOH magazine.” Moreover, the entire advertising industry will be united in one exhibition hall this year with the help of synergy effects. Monika Opałka, Director Sales at OOH magazine added: “The event has already become a permanent fixture in the September calendar of marketers. Admission to the fair, as every year, is intended only for industry professionals. Both for us and our clients, the most important thing is the quality of contacts, not their quantity.“ According to the official figures, last year 232 exhibitors and around 4,100 visitors came together at the trade show, including guests from the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia, the Ukraine and Slovakia, Spain, Finland and Germany.

Following tradition, several competitions are held during the event. The “Super Gift”, a public prize for the best promotional product, confers awards in six categories to items of haptic advertising that are presented at the trade fair. Last year the publishing company registered a record number of submissions (123 promotional products). The “Gold Medal” is awarded to innovative products, machines and software that the exhibitors present during the event. Katarzyna Lipska-Konieczko, competition supervisor on behalf of the organiser, OOH magazine, stated: “Industry competitions held as part of the Marketing Festival are a great opportunity to additionally promote your products and services. The ‘Super Gift’ award for the best advertising gadgets is becoming more and more popular every year. During the last edition, 376 guests voted for the best promotional items.” Last, but not least a jury distinguishes displays and presentation systems with the “POS Stars” in 18 categories. The trade show visitors can also vote on-site and thus co-decide the winner of the Audience Award. “This year, on the occasion of the jubilee edition, we have also prepared a special edition of the statuette,” revealed  Magdalena Wilczak, supervisor of the competition on behalf of the organiser, OOH magazine.
