D – Magna sweets has been awarded the International Featured Standard (IFS) certification again and has thus proven the quality of its products. The IFS food standard is a GFSI-approved (Global Food Safety Initiative) norm for auditing food producers. The IFS certification guarantees both distributors and also end consumers the safety of foodstuffs and their high quality.
At Magna sweets among others the areas “Repacking sweets and nut mixtures into plastic pouches, glasses, tins and compostable films,” was evaluated. According to company accounts, the family business passed the audit in all areas. Furthermore, the strictest hygiene regulations and huge cleaning, disinfection, maintenance and servicing efforts as well as the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) guarantee the safety of the foodstuffs and consumers.
