USA – Adler Vertriebs GmbH & Co. Werbegeschenke KG has been taken over by the newly founded US investment company, GIG Myron Holdings LLC, that is affiliated with the investment platform, Go Global Retail. Adler maintains locations in USA-New Jersey, CDN-Toronto, Honduras, China and its European headquarters are based in D-Saarbrücken. The transaction was concluded at the beginning of May 2023. Jeff Lederer and Christian Feuer from Go Global Retail managed the take-over.
Lederer is the former owner and CEO of the leading US wholesaler, Prime Line and had the supplier company successfully scaled and sold it to the US American textile specialist alphabroder in 2017. The private equity manager Feuer was CEO of several direct marketing and retail brands in the past.
According to the investment company, the acquisition is part of GIG Myron Holdings’ strategy to invest in companies with a strong growth potential and turn them into market leaders. GIG Myron Holdings stated that the aim behind this acquisition is to use the extensive client base and sales network of Adler to expand its offer on the promotional products market.
