Part one of the sourcing trade show was divided up into the exhibition sections Asian Gifts & Premiums Show, Kitchen & Dining, Toys & Games as well as Festive & Seasonal Products and encompassed two new sections: the Asian Sporting and Outdoor Products Show and the Design Studio, Tech Gifts & Gadgets Accessories Show. Part two covered the rubrics Gifts & Travel, Stationery, Office, Paper & Print and Bathroom Supplies.

After this year’s trade fair duo had come to a close, the organiser, Comasia, stated that it was happy with the outcome and spoke about a confident signal for the improvement of the trade conditions and a welcome return to personal business transactions. The, according to official accounts, over 30,000 attending visitors from over 120 countries and regions meant that the event was nowhere near able to match its pre-COVID attendance record: In 2019 the important sourcing trade show attracted approx. 51,000 visitors. Whereby boasting over 3,500 exhibitors from more than 30 countries almost as many companies were represented as during the peak of the show in 2019, when around 3,900 companies exhibited.

According to Comasia, the Mega Show presents the widest selection of Asian-made items produced for the export markets. Next year the visitors will be given an extra day to gain an overview of the product ranges of the exhibitors: Part one of the Mega Show 2024 is being staged from October 20-23, 2024 and part two, which is being enhanced by an additional trade day, will opens its doors from October 27-30, 2024.
