The focus was particularly on the two themes digitalisation and sustainability. Among others smart wearables, innovative apps and AI or virtual reality-based apps were presented to the public, in some cases for the first time. “This year’s A+A has addressed current issues and challenges, provided food for thought, pointed out solutions and promoted the personal exchange,” explained Lars Wismer, Director of the A+A. “It was fantastic to experience how the trade fair connects and inspires the industry as a platform.”

The 38th International Congress for Work Protection and Work Medicine of the Basi held during the A+A also addressed future topics. The innovations and trends in the exoskeleton technology sector were discussed at the WearRAcon Europe Conference, the European edition of the WearRAcon Conference in the USA, which was held at the A+A for the first time. Further forums and events such as for instance the Corporate Fashion Show, which took place four times a day, and the A+A Catwalk enhanced the trade fair’s diversified programme. Textile specialists that are well-known in the promotional products industry including among others Clipper, Daiber, Hakro, ID Identity, Karlowsky and Promodoro also showed their presence. Finally, the Start-up Zone offered young companies an exhibition surface and networking platform.

The next edition of the A+A is scheduled to take place from November 4-7, 2025.
