S – The Swedish promotional products agency, Wackes, buys Logonet Promotion, one of Finland’s leading promotional products agencies with expertise in sales and loyalty driven promotions. Logonet Promotion will merge into Wackes’ business, the takeover will take place on September 1, 2019. “The purchase of Logonet Promotion strengthens our capacities in campaign marketing and completes our selection”, says Thomas Davidsson, CEO of Wackes. Logonet Promotion’s CEO Lauri Hulkko adds: “This means that we can provide our international customers with a better service globally. Through Wackes’ ownership in Prominate, our customers get access to more than 70 offices worldwide. We have collaborated with Wackes for many years and know that our customers are in good hands.”

With a turnover of approx. 150 mil. Swedish Crowns (approx. 14 mil. Euros) after the acquisition and about 40 employees in seven subsidiaries, Wackes is according to own accounts one of Sweden’s leading promotional products agencies.
