PL – Promonotes is celebrating a double anniversary this year. The Polish specialist for memo items and paper products is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Furthermore, the company established its German subsidiary, Promonotes GmbH, five years ago.
Promonotes was founded in 1994 by Kristoffer Rawecki, today the firm is managed by his son, Jakub, and is still family-owned. The company has positioned itself as a manufacturer of individually produced memos and notebooks and has correspondingly invested a great deal of money into its machinery park. 60 modern machines are located on the premises spanning 11,000 m2. Around 150 people work permanently for Promonotes, in peak times the headcount increases up to approx. 200 with the seasonal labourers. Thanks to highly automated processes and the logistically favourable location, it is possible to deliver special designs within short notice, also for minimum order volumes of 250 or 100 pieces.
Promonotes is a member of the Club of Notes – an international group of suppliers of printed memos in the promotional products segment and was distinguished with the Promotional Gift Award for products of its brand Mindnotes® for the first time this year. Due to the growing demand from Europe, the company aims to expand further. In order to accommodate the expected growth, an area measuring 60,000 m² was recently purchased to enable the extension of the production capacities.
A detailed portrait on Promonotes will be published in eppi magazine No. 130 (August 21, 2019).
