D – One topic that is currently being hotly debated within the European promotional products industry is a possible extension of the Industry Customer Day at the PSI Show. Apparently, the organiser of the PSI, Reed Exhibitions Germany (Dusseldorf), is considering to extend the Industry Customer Day to all three days and presently exchanging ideas with several market players on this subject. An official announcement is expected by the summer. Questioned on the topic by WA Media, the PSI did not want to make an official statement.
Since 2017, end users have had the opportunity to visit the PSI Show on the third day upon the invitation of a promotional products distributor. According to the official figures, more than 1,700 industry customers attended the premiere of the Industry Customer Day in 2017; 1,200 end users were present in 2018 and 1,012 visited the show this year.
