A – After a work-intensive day, the markeldingl Vienna closed its doors with a new attendance record on April 4, 2019: According to the organiser of the event, Martin Zettl, 2,144 marketing experts, buyers and industry decision-makers attended this year’s edition of Austria’s largest promotional products show. The venue of the event was as always the Hofburg that is located in the heart of the metropolis on the Danube. The historical location contributes towards the success of the event just as much as the efficient marketing measures carried out by the organiser and the seven sponsor agencies Forum Werbemittel, kw open, Mitraco, Nowak Werbeartikel, Pro Concept, Schäfer Shop and Wertpräsent, whose presentations in the lobby area of the former Emperor’s residence were in some case characterised by original concepts.
There was plenty of praise from the 124 promotional products suppliers, who exhibited their products in several halls of the Hofburg, regarding the quantity and quality of the visitors. The latter experienced a balance product and exhibitor mix – high-quality branded items as well as original give-aways, classics and new trends, established players and young start-ups. As usual, several selected suppliers from related disciplines including advertising technologies, customising, POS and event marketing enhanced the offer. The lecture programme that once again accompanied the markeldingl was also very well-attended – for instance the mental coach, Manuel Horeth, filled the auditorium down to the very last seat.
The tenth edition of markeldingl Vienna is scheduled to take place on April 2, 2020. Prior to that the trade fair will be stopping off in Linz on September 19.
