D – Flyeralarm has won the German Fairness Prize again. The company achieved 75.5 of 100 possible points in the category Online Printing Shops and was thus able to assert itself against 15 fellow competitors in its segment one more time. The German Fairness Prize has been conferred by the news channel n-tv and the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) since 2014.

Around 50,000 consumers were interviewed about the fairness of in total 547 companies in 46 categories. In the representative consumer survey the customers’ satisfaction with the companies in the rubrics price-performance ratio, reliability and transparency was examined via an online panel. The evaluation criteria ranged from pricing and reliability of the products, to the observance of agreements, through to dealing with complaints fairly. Furthermore, the completeness and comprehensibility of product information, the transparency of contracts as well as abstaining from hidden costs and bait offers were taken into account.

Barbara Amrhein (2.f.t.l.), Head of Customer Experience at Flyeralarm, received the prize for the fairest online printing shop at a gala in Berlin on October 23, 2018.
