E – Under the motto “Partners in Business”, Giving Europe invited business partners and press representatives from all over Europe to an information and networking event in Barcelona from September 26-28, 2018. “The goal of the event was to spend quality time with our customers and partners and refresh our business relations,” stated Wolf Creemers, CEO of Giving Europe. According to company information, 94 guests from 13 countries met with 20 members of the Giving Europe team that had organised an inspiring programme. Three famous guest speakers held lectures and workshops on the topical themes Customer Experience, E-Commerce and Corporate Social Responsibility, whilst the Dutch import company itself presented an amusing outlook of its 2019 novelties. Furthermore, in the form of a quiz, Ellen van Wessel, Marketing Director at Giving Europe, informed the participants about the results of a recently conducted survey on the current market.
Following the daytime programme, the host and guests explored the Catalonian metropolis together on foot and bike, enjoyed local specialities and subsequently celebrated into the early hours in a club on the beach. “We have inspired and were inspired by the business challenges we all face,” summed up Creemers. “We successfully started the dialogue on building future partnerships; all in common interest for the challenges we will face in the future. The combination of learning, working and enjoying together was a unique, but very successful formula to start this dialogue. We will not stop now; we will continue to do so.”
