D – With its new division called “Flyeralarm Augmented Reality“, the online printing shop, Flyeralarm, is extending its offer to include virtual contents and is thus building the bridge between offline and online. Here, advertising media and printed items such as flyers, brochures, catalogues and magazines with AR contents will be extended in a multimedia way and brought to life. In addition, every object in the closer vicinity – posters, shop windows, houses etc. can be enriched with digital contents.
The aim behind the AR applications is to provide Flyeralarm customers with new advertising options and to open up new target groups. The applications offer a high degree of interactivity with the users, promote buying decisions in the online shops and allow realistic product presentations as well as the graphic explanation of complex products and services. “With the aid of ‘Flyeralarm Augmented Reality’ we are building the long-awaited bridge between online and offline for our customers. AR also offers small and medium-sized companies such as online shops, tourism agencies, local trade businesses or architects fascinating opportunities of presenting their products and services in a realistic way. In addition, offline advertising measures can be made more measurable and analysable using AR,” explained Raphael Schewe and Steffen Dehn, Product Managers at “Flyeralarm Augmented Reality”.
