E – The Promogift 18 – Salón Internacional del Regalo Promocional took place in Hall 12 of the Madrid Exhibition Centre from January 23-35, 2018. According to the organisers, Ifema, with 393 exhibitors from 24 countries (2017: 335 exhibitors from 29 countries) the 10th edition of the Iberian product show experienced growth of almost 15%. Manufacturers and importers of haptic advertising as well as specialists for customising technologies presented their product and service portfolios to trade visitors from the promotional products trade on 15,000 m² of exhibition space. The organisers once again received support from the two Spanish promotional products associations, aimfap and Fyvar.

 

With according to official sources 6,375 visitors the show could slightly top last year’s positive balance (6,226). A result that reflected the positive mood on the Iberian promotional products market: According to a current market analysis by Fyvar, the promotional products industry turned over around 1 billion Euros in Spain and Portugal in 2017 – which corresponds to a growth rate of 15% compared to the previous year (850 mil. Euros).
