UK – As announced by the organisers, Customer Focus (formerly Trade Only), the British promotional products trade show, PPD Live, will not be staged over three days, as originally planned. Instead the event, which is replacing the Promotion Product Expo (formerly Trade Only National Show) and that is scheduled for January 16 and 17, 2018 at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, will stick to the established two-day format. Furthermore, according to the organisers, the plan to allow promotional products distributors to invite end users to the show on one day has been dropped – as such the show will continue to be a closed-shop event that is exclusively open to resellers. The lecture forum announced for 2018 will however take place as planned.
