D – This year’s edition of the Insights-X closed its doors after three days on October 8, after achieving a 10% increase in attendance compared to the previous year. The trade show for stationery, paper and office materials (PBS) that is organised by the Spielwarenmesse eG, Nuremberg, offers buyers and specialised distributors a comprehensive offer of products for the office, school and home as well as design materials for creative minds and artists. According to the official figures, 305 exhibitors (2016: 268) from 41 countries presented their spectrum of products to 5,578 trade visitors (2016: 5,087) from 99 countries at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre on exhibition space spanning 25,000 m². The InsightsArena with creative campaigns that the visitors were able to participate in and a new Partner Lounge proved extremely popular.

“We are delighted about the degree of internationality, which exceeded our expectations,” the Show Director, Ernst Kick, reported in terms of the high level of internationality of the event, namely 56% of the exhibitors came from abroad and 48% of the visitors. The exhibitors were also satisfied and praised the event, which has been on growth course since its premiere in 2015. “Our participation was positive all round. We were particularly satisfied with the quality of the visitors,” summed up Stefan Matschke, Sales Director at Faber-Castell, for example.
