CH – Amid summer temperatures the 11th edition of the SuisseEMEX was staged from August 20-30, 2017 in the halls of the Zurich Exhibition Centre, once again the topsoft event was held concurrently. The motto of this year’s event: “What really works?” At the same time, the organiser, EMEX Management GmbH, also offered something new: The premiere of the first Digital Summit for SMEs, which according to official accounts was sold-out. According to the official figures, around 14,000 visitors came to learn more about the latest products and solutions for the marketing and event business. Approx. 500 exhibitors presented their spectrum of products and services.

In the World of Promotion in Hall 3, the haptic advertising suppliers presented themselves, in some cases manufacturers, but also promotional products agencies, including several, but not all of the leading Swiss companies. Overall, the mood was good, the exhibitors praised the sound and concrete discussions, the visitors emphasised the diversity of the offer. As always well-attended: The wide-ranging seminar and lecture programme and the business speed networking. The newly-aligned EMEX Night that was organised as an after-work party also went down very well.

The SuisseEMEX`18 is scheduled to take place on August 28-29, 2018. A detailed report will follow in the next issue of eppi magazine, No. 119 (October 11).
