D – Together with its subsidiary Gabler Druck- & Werbetechnikbedarf, the textile wholesaler L-Shop-Team, celebrated the premiere of the Inhouse² from March 20-22, 2017. Under the motto “More than just an industry. More than just a trade show.“ 75 partner suppliers – textile manufacturers and embellishers – presented novelties from the promotional textiles sector as well as innovative customising techniques including foil production and software solutions for the promotional imprinting of textiles at the Jahrhunderthalle in Bochum. “The innovative, uniform stand concept paid off,” summed up Stefan Schenk, one of the three Managing Directors of L-Shop-Team. “In addition to the big, established manufacturers and suppliers, in line with the Inhouse² philosophy, aspiring young companies were also able to present themselves effectively, many of whom are initially not able to afford expensive trade fair appearances.”
According to the official figures, around 1,800 trade visitors used the new in-house show as an inspiration and communication platform and were able to experience many of the innovative developments in operation. The Inhouse² offered the trade visitors a further added value in the form of its comprehensive supporting programme: For instance industry experts passed on their knowledge on all three days of the show. “Three very successful exhibition days lie behind us. The Inhouse² proved that it is setting forward-looking impulses and that it can establish itself as a novel inspiration and communication platform for the textile promotion and imprinting sector,” was the conclusion of the L-Shop Managing Directors, who want to establish the new trade fair as a fixed event in the textile trade and promotional textile customising industry on a two-yearly basis.
