E – The third edition of the C!Print Madrid was staged in the Pabellón de Cristal at the Casa de Campo in Madrid from October 4-6, 2016. The platform for visual communications, printing technologies and promotional products and textiles was organised by SC6, a Spanish subsidiary of the French exhibition organiser, the 656 Group. The two successfully established French shows organised by 656, C!Print and CTCO in Lyon, serve as a role model for the Spanish event. According to the official figures, 264 exhibitors (2015: approx. 200) were registered at the event, which was up on the previous year. The lion’s share of the exhibitors were printing companies, customisers as well as laser and digital professionals. The promotional products specialists presented their portfolios in a separate zone, the CTCO Area, which comprising of over 50 exhibitors (2015: 30) had also grown this year.


As usual, the trade fair was accompanied by a comprehensive supporting programme comprising of lectures and workshops. The Plug&Play Workshop was a new introduction this year, which informed the visitors about the latest trends in the digital printing sector.cprint_madrid_2016_350x247

According to the official figures, with 12,181 visitors (2015: 10,690), the C!Print Madrid was a total success in terms of attendance – the organisers achieved an increase of around 14% here. Which means the signs are looking good for 2017 – when the trade show is being held from September 26-28, 2017.
