IMG_8868PL – The twelfth edition of the RemaDays Warsaw will be taking place at the Warsaw Expo exhibition complex from February 16-18, 2016. According to the official sources, almost 600 exhibitors from all over Europe – including national and international players from the promotional products, advertising technologies, printing and customising sectors – have already confirmed their attendance at the trade fair, which is organised by the Polish publishing company, GJC Intermedia.

Next year, the event, which is considered to be the largest of its kind in Eastern European, is changing its appearance. With the relocation to the Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, just a 25-minute drive away from the city centre of Warsaw, the visitors and exhibitors can look forward to more spacious, more modern and more comfortable exhibition halls that cover a total surface of 35,000 m², which offer plenty of room for product presentations, exchange and networking. The new event location offers the highest trade show standards and in terms of its infrastructure is favourably located, close to the airport and motorway. The parking situation will also be improved in 2016. 5,500 parking spots will be available for those visitors, who travel to the show by car. For guests, who use public transport, a free shuttle service will be running from the Warszawa Zachodnia Station (Warsaw West) and from the Chopin Airport. Furthermore, visitors to the RemaDays 2016 can look forward to special relax zones and catering offers on-site.

The RemaDays Warsaw has been recording an increase in attendance for years: In 2014, the fair was attended by around 15,000 visitors. In 2015, according to the official figures, 16,644 visitors travelled to the Expo XXI to examine the product ranges of the 571 exhibitors. As a result of the new location and the higher comfort it offers, the organisers are expecting approx. 20,000 visitors to attend the event next year.
