PL – The RemaDays took place at the Expo XXI in Warsaw for the tenth time from February 5-7, 2014. According to the organisers, GJC Intermedia, the biggest trade fair of its kind in Eastern Europe offered around 570 exhibitors from the promotional products, advertising technologies, printing and customising sectors. As always, the event was divided up into the areas GiftsWorld, Out&IndoorSystems, PrintShow and TechnologyPark, whereby the five halls of the event complex were totally occupied.
The promotional products suppliers, who were accommodated in Halls 1 and 2 made up the biggest group of exhibitors by far. Specialists and full-range stockists from the Polish market, but also numerous international companies exhibited their products and services at partly elaborately designed stands. Once again, the organisers conducted a congress programme with lectures on industry-relevant themes; furthermore GJC Intermedia awarded the “Korony Reklamy” and the “Gifts of the Year” distinction.
The official attendance figure was not available at the time of going to press, however by all accounts the trade fair experienced a boom in attendance – the aisles were crowded on all three days. The visitor structure was inhomogeneous because the show was open to both resellers and users. Some of the exhibitors criticised the resulting confusion, but overall the majority of the exhibitors were very satisfied. Numerous international promotional products distributors, who had come to Warsaw to source products, praised the range of exhibits.
A detailed report will be printed in the eppi magazine, No. 98 (April 9, 2014).
