F – The 7th edition of the CTCO took place in Lyon from February 4-6, 2014. The suppliers of promotional textiles and other promotional products presented their products in one hall of the Lyon exhibition centre – the textile companies were colour coded with green carpets and the remaining promotional products with blue carpets. There was a “Business Platform” in the lobby, which comprised of suppliers with displays and POS materials as well as marketing service providers.

It was possible to access the C!print fair, which was held parallel to the CTCO in a separate hall, through a separate entrance. According to the official figures, 180 exhibitors presented printing and customising techniques on a surface area covering 12,000 m². All of the top suppliers were represented. Both the CTCO and the C!print are organised and conducted by the Lyon-based publishing company, 656 Éditions.

The approx. 250 suppliers of promotional textiles and promotional products – that included both international full-range stockists and specialists, who occupied their own zone – encountered open-minded, enthusiastic trade visitors. The exact attendance figure was not available at the time of going to press. A lounge area with a bar and a “creative corner“ – which was located close to the famous screen-printing specialist Charlie with his equipment – enhanced the trade fair, which was as always professionally organised. The must-attend event for southern Europe was rounded off by a lecture and discussion programme.
