E – The Promogift was staged in Hall 12 of the Feria de Madrid in the Spanish capital from January 29-31, 2014. The premiere was successful and gives cause for hope that the promotional products market on the Iberian Peninsula is on its way to recovery.

The event, which is exclusively open to promotional products distributors, was jointly organised and conducted by the exhibition company Ifema and the two industry associations, Aimfap and Fyvar. According to the official figures, over 300 exhibitors, represented companies and brands presented their products and services at attractive uniform stands, which were positioned in the hall in a clearly arranged layout. The exhibitors weren’t just from Spain and Portugal, but also from Germany, Belgium, Italy and Poland.

The official attendance figure wasn’t available at the time of going to press, however by all accounts the morning of the first exhibition day and the whole of the second day were very well-attended. The majority of the exhibitors were thoroughly satisfied with the quality and quantity of the visitors.
