D – Senator is relocating its mug customising plant from Lemgo to the company’s headquarters in Groß-Bieberau in a bid to centralise its entire production and administration at the head office in Germany. A non-extendable lease and necessary investments in a new location were the reasons company sources stated for the decision to use vacant space in Groß-Bieberau for the mug shop. In addition the company wants to bundle its know-how in the imprinting and customising sector at one location and centralise their investments. Allegedly, the employees in Lemgo have been offered a transfer to Groß-Bieberau and the relocation will not bring about any further changes for the customers and business partners.
