Victorinox: New Customer Service team

CH – Victorinox has put together a new B2B customer service team, which once again displays the high service orientation of the Swiss knife manufacturers. In this way, all seven team members (five full-time and two part-time employees) have completed a three-year apprenticeship as retail merchants with an EF certificate as well as additional further training. As is customary at Victorinox, the highly-motivated employees excel as a result of their expertise, multilingual skills and customer orientation.
