In a (marketing) world, that becomes more digital all the time, the communications with the customers are also frequently becoming fleeting and less and less tangible. The trade visitors at the HAPTICA® live ’17 will experience that marketing can however also be sensual and concrete: On March 22, 2017 the “Experience of Haptic Advertising” at the World Conference Center Bonn will be presenting tangible marketing tools that sustainably convey advertising messages to the target group.

At the event that is organised by the Cologne-based publishing company, WA Media, professionals from marketing, sales and procurement departments, advertising agencies and the promotional products trade will learn how give-aways and event items, mailing boosters and onpacks, premiums and merchandise provide hands-on assistance in impressing the target group and binding them long-term. From classics like writing instruments in all colours and executions, calendars, power banks, cups, bags and T-shirts, to special interest products such as branded beer barrels or personalised travel guides, through to trends from the digital sector such as VR goggles or webcam covers – all of the product groups are represented. In addition to specialists with unique niche items, full-range stockists and start-ups, the over 170 exhibitors also include renowned brands such as Faber-Castell, Niederegger, Ravensburger, Samsonite, Steiff, Victorinox and Villeroy & Boch for instance, who provide inspiration on how marketing campaigns can be made successful using haptic advertising.

Ideas on how the promotional products can be implemented are also conveyed: In the Best Practice special show, graspable case studies among others by Amnesty International, Heineken, Hornbach, Mercedes Benz and Reporters without Borders will be presented. The exhibition of the awarding-winning products and the award ceremony of the Promotional Gift Award 2017 give further impulses for haptic marketing in practice. Last, but not least, marketing professionals from renowned companies report about their practical experience in the German-language lecture programme.
