Here, the priority lies on the German-speaking zone, the UK and the Benelux countries. The private label business for the specialised trade and mass market continues to be a further focus. 70% of the goods Keya manufactures at its production site in Dhaka are private labels, mostly for the retail market. As one of the largest textile producers and exporters based in Dhaka/Bangladesh, to a large extent Keya produces goods made out of cotton imported from the USA completely in its own factory and according to own accounts, the firm places high value on CSR, i.e. through memberships in Oeko-Tex, BSCI, Sedex and Accord. The headquarters of the European head office are located in Diegem, Belgium.
