UK – The London-based promotional products agency, Outstanding Branding, is launching a training programme for aspiring promotional products consultants. The twelve-week training course targets university graduates and conveys detailed knowledge on the daily tasks as a sales employee in the promotional products industry. Among others, the course includes the TPM (Trained in Promotional Merchandise) training of the British association BPMA (British Promotional Merchandise Association) as well as training sessions at Outstanding Branding on the themes printing methods, product knowledge, sales technologies, customer service, supply chains and compliance. The promotional products agency is receiving support hereby from its supplier partners, who provide the training documents and offer site tours. The three participants are determined in interviews and trial work days.
