20 years of Promowolsch: Always stayed on the ball

D – Founded around two decades ago, the company based in Germany, Promowolsch – The Customer Factory Wolfgang Schmidt, has made a name for itself on the promotional products market as a high-performance, quality-conscious niche player that is loyal to the promotional products trade. The founder and owner, Wolfgang Schmidt, gave his company a clear alignment from the very beginning: The plastic expert specialised in injection-moulded products for the give-away segment from pencil sharpeners and memo boxes, to fly swats and bottle openers, through to parking discs and pepper pots, almost all of which are manufactured in Germany by partner companies. The product range encompasses around 400 items. Promowolsch has its own tools for approx. 50 of the items, the company owns the franchise rights for the promotional products market for approx. 300 products and a further part of the line-up comprises of freely available commodities.

The items are customised with a screen or pad print by two local partner companies, which allows high flexibility. Short delivery times, simple logistics, high quality and favourable prices round off the service offer. The latest coup was acquiring as of 1 July 2016 the sole right of distribution on the EU promotional products market for the new plastic “made in Germany” tennis balls, which will replace the old, easily flammable, celluloid balls from the Far East also on the competition scene of the table tennis sport from next year onwards.
