Ravensburger: Continuing on expansion course

Ravensburger_Filiale_Logo250x154D – The Ravensburger Group has experienced growth for the ninth year in succession and according to own accounts was able to increase its turnover in the last fiscal year by 19% up to 444 mil. Euros (2014: 373.2 mil. Euros).

According to the official figures, Ravensburger’s largest business area “Games, puzzles, activities” recorded a 9.3% growth in turnover up to 331.7 mil. Euros in 2015 compared to the previous year (2014: 303.5 mil. Euros). Due to a reduction in the number of sales outlets, the turnover of the business area “Children’s and youth’s books” declined by 1.4% down to 64.7 million Euros (2014: 65.7 mil. Euros), whereas the area “Leisure time and Promotion” recorded a 12% increase in turnover up to 14.9 mil. Euros in the past fiscal year (2014: 13.3 mil. Euros).
