IPSA: On success course


RUS – The 30th edition of the IPSA is taking place at the Crocus Expo in Moscow from September 6-8, 2016. The, according to the organisers, largest promotional products trade show in Russia and the CIS countries is staged twice a year, once in the spring and once in the autumn. The trade fair is organised by Reed Exhibitions and supported by the PSI (“powered by PSI”). Both manufacturers with specific products for the Russian market as well as specialists, importers and international full-range stockists present their product ranges at the trade show, many internationally renowned brands – also from Germany – have been represented for years and new brands continually join the line-up. According to official accounts, more companies have already voiced their interest in participating than for the same period of the previous year. First-time exhibitors from China, Germany, India and Portugal, who want to gain a foothold on the fast-growing Russian promotional products market, are currently being actively recruited.

The “Giftex Area”, where culinary delights, textiles and packaging are exhibited, traditionally forms the main focus of the autumn edition. The visitors of the IPSA comprise of promotional products distributors and advertising agencies as well as industry customers. According to the official figures, 3,749 visitors attended the spring edition. Traditionally autumn edition gets 27% more in attendance, and this year IPSA expects nearly 5,000 professional visitors.
