D – 1,494 trade visitors – a 15% increase compared to 2015 – experienced the fourth edition of the HAPTICA® live at the World Conference Center Bonn (WCCB) on March 16, 2016. The products of 142 exhibitors (+29% compared to 2015) as well as numerous content and experience zones evidently convinced the visitors: At any rate, 95% of the visitors stated in a visitor survey carried out by the organiser, WA Media, after the HAPTICA® live ’16 that their expectations had been fulfilled and 98% intend to return again in 2017. As such, not only the overall evaluation of the event received a positive feedback, the individual event areas of the HAPTICA® live were also awarded good grades.
76% of the participants were users of promotional products (trade visitors from marketing and purchasing departments, service providers and employees of advertising agencies), 24% came from the promotional products industry.
89% of the respondents stated that they had attended the HAPTICA® live to inform themselves about product novelties in general. 43% came with enquiries for concrete projects, which they were looking for promotional products for. The large majority (85%) were satisfied with the size of the event and the number of exhibitors. Give-aways, brand articles and electronic products were the most sought-after items. Sustainable promotional products, innovative, design-oriented gadgets and textiles were also very popular – here some of the trade visitors would have welcomed an even wider range of exhibits.
