Bundling forces, working together, sharing knowledge and a healthy, mutual loyalty are the core values of the new concept, which is intended to reinforce the proximity between the customers and the supplier. In this way, Clipper is offering an individually adaptable partner programme with attractive discounts and advantages, including free samples or free deliveries. “Since last year we have already been implementing an account manager in several countries, who visits the Clipper customers at their premises. This was a conscious decision to pay personal attention to the clients and to build and strengthen customer relations,” said Ron Boer, CCO of Clipper.
The presentation of the new Corporate Identity also includes a new, user-friendly website that is tailor-made to suit the daily demands: Under “My Clipper“ the company’s customers now have direct access to their order history, customer data, terms and the turnover development. Furthermore, the page is structured more clearly and now also shows the current stock levels.
