RUS – Almost 200 suppliers of haptic advertising items – including more than 60 first-time exhibitors – presented their portfolios at the autumn edition of the IPSA – International Promotional & Merchandising Industry Show from September 8-10, 2015. The 28th edition of the event – it is held once in spring and once in autumn, whereby the autumn edition is the larger of the two – opened its doors in Hall 8, Pavilion 2 of the Crocus Expo in Moscow. The show is organised by Reed Exhibitions Russia and is also supported by the PSI (“powered by PSI”).
The spectrum of haptic advertising was well represented, in addition to international importers, the exhibitors also included specialists and niche suppliers. Of course, the big Russian manufacturers as well as the suppliers of specific products that target the domestic market, such as, for example, individual gift sets comprising of regional and native specialities, used the show as a platform for their products. The target group of the show is marketing specialists from the trade and industry, advertising agencies, promotional products distributors and producers.
The official attendance figure was not available at the time of going to press – however, some of the exhibitors complained about the low number of visitors – particularly on the first day of the event.
