UK – Polyconcept has announced the sale of its business unit, ADM. According to an official press release by PF Concept, the management team of ADM has successfully completed the take-over. By all accounts, the buy-out was financed by an investor group led by the ADM management team and has caused no new debts, because the investors had provided the financial funding for the further development of company.
Founded in 1992, today ADM employs approx. 300 employees in 14 subsidiaries worldwide. The agency develops custom-made promotional products and POS concepts for leading, globally-operating consumer brands.
According to own sources, Polyconcept is the largest promotional products supplier in the world, which achieved a turnover of over 670 mil. Euros in 2012 and which employs a headcount of approx. 3,300 people in 35 subsidiaries. PF Concept, which is based in the Netherlands, has been part of the globally-operating group since 2005.
