F – The Raja Group, the European packaging specialist in the B2B mail order business that is based in Paris, has announced a turnover of 421 mil. Euros for 2013, which corresponds to a 2.5% increase. Almost two thirds of the growth was achieved outside of France according to company statements – thanks to the strong performance of the European subsidiaries.
After the gradual recovery of the European economy, Raja is expecting to record a growth rate of between 5% and 7% for the year 2014. Furthermore, the group is further pushing its internationalisation strategy, which it initiated 20 years ago: With the inauguration of a 6,000 m² distribution centre in Warsaw in autumn 2014, the packaging specialist intends to further expand its presence on the Eastern European market and also serve Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia in the future.
