The partner country of this year’s ISM was Brazil. It was the first time that the partner country came from South America. Together with the ABICAB – Brazilian Chocolate, Cocoa, Peanuts, Candies and Byproducts Industry Association – 27 exhibitors displayed the special qualities and characteristics of their high-performance confectionery and snack item production.
