D – RemaDays Europe, which was scheduled to take place in Nuremberg from January 15-17, 2014, has been cancelled. Instead, the organisers of the trade fair, the Polish publishing company GJC Inter Media, is now collaborating with gmk & WNP Fachmessen, organisers of GiveADays, which will be celebrating its premiere in Stuttgart from February 13-15, 2014. This is the core of a strategic partnership contract that was signed on August 6. Whilst gmk & WNP Fachmessen is responsible for acquisitions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, GJC Inter Media is entrusted with winning over exhibitors from the rest of Europe.
The new promotional products show, GiveADays, will open its doors every two years under the umbrella of the EXPO 4.0. It will complement the trade show TV TecStyle Visions (textiles and textile embellishing) that has been firmly established for years as well as the wetec trade fair (advertising technology, digital printing and light advertising) and the DS TEC (digital advertising and information systems) which will both be staged for the second time in 2014.
“We are delighted that GJC Inter Media is supporting GiveADays and has joined the strong EXPO 4.0 trade fair alliance. Our cooperation will be long-term,“ reported Roland Gruber, Project Manager of GiveADays and co-Managing Director of the organisers, gmk & WNP Fachmessen. “Exhibitors, who had booked a stand at the RemaDays Europe 2014, will be given the opportunity to exhibit at the GiveADays instead. The existing contracts will be altered accordingly.“
Sławomir Giefing, CEO of GJC Inter Media: “As a result of our collaboration with GiveADays, we will allow our exhibitors to reach a larger audience. We see significant potential for the promotional product sector in the concept of GiveADays within Expo 4.0. and would like to contribute our industry expertise on the right spot to support this unique tradeshow experience.“
Both parties will be announcing further details about the cooperation shortly.
